What are the parking laws in NSW?

Visit Roads and Maratime Services website for up to date information.

Byron Bay has paid parking in most main streets, 1 hour is $3, 2 hours $4 and all day being $20. There is some free parking. Please use the courtesy bus on Saturday where possible. See picture for more detail. There is underground parking in the Mercato 'Woolies' carpark. 1 hour free parking with a woolies docket, 2hours free parking with a $50 spend at Woolies.

I can’t log in to Rally@Byron2019 Member Jungle site?

Have you created an account for this event? This will allow you to log in to our event registration.

Member Jungle logins to other sites won't work here.


I haven’t received my receipt yet… Why?

Your receipt and invoice information is in your Member Jungle account.


My credit card is still pending…what does that mean?

Sometimes there is a delay with a transaction with your financial institution while authorisation is pending. Please check your account the following working day. If still in doubt ring your financial institute.


Is the rally limited to only 500 people?

No, however registrations will close on 30th June 2019. To avoid disappointment, buy your tickets early.


Will there be a day pass?

Day passes, known as Event Passes are now available... strictly limited numbers. 


Guided Rides?

At the moment there are 3 guided rides of the district planned for Saturday morning. see guided rides tab for more info.


Brewery Tours

There is one included Brewery Tour available, it's restricted to 20 people (WHS issuses) and it's working on a first in first served basis. Sign on for a tour at Rally Registration.


I can’t get my accommodation money back… can you help?

You will need to contact your accommodation venue and discuss your situation with them.  We are happy to share your contact information or direct others to you, should you require "on selling" of your booked accommodation.


When will the Bike Raffle be drawn?

The draw will take place on Saturday night at 9pm at the BBB during the presentations.

Should you be the lucky winner of the Sportster(c) you will have to provide identification for publication.


I have bought a rally pack but will not be attending the rally. When will you send me my pack?

Your pack will be sent to an address within Australia within 60 days after the rally.  Please ensure your details are up to date in your Member Jungle Account. See site for full details. We will be sending a form for you to complete after the rally, it will sent to the email that was used to purchase packs.


If I am unable to collect my pack by 10am on Saturday 14/9/19, will my bike raffle ticket go into the draw?

Yes, your ticket will be entered into the draw on your behalf.  Please ensure your details are up to date in your Member Jungle Account. Raffle draw is by electronic draw and your number is including email address.


I have lost my vouchers or wrist band, can you replace them please?

No. These will not be replaced if you lose them. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and they will only be honoured at the venue on the date stated


What state is raffled bike registered in? 

The bike is unregistered mainly because of the different states and regulations?


What is rally registration number. 

Your invoice is available via logon to the website , please bring a copy of your invoice and or suitable identification to the rally registration point.


If I'm a winner of a Lucky Door Prize, how can I collect the prize?

Draws will take place after the official opening on Saturday night and at every band break, you must be present to collect. There are multiple prizes to be won.
