Run Sheet for the Rally@Byron weekend

Friday 13th September

Arrive to register and collect your rally pack @ The Byron Bay Brewery, 1 Skinners Shoot Road, (The Old Piggery / Hoggery) between midday and 5 pm.

6pm to late. Meet, greet and eat at ‘The Beach Hotel’ Johnson St Byron Bay (or at your leisure) Band for the evening will be SUPERCHEEZE a well known and loved local band.

Meet other Chapter Members, purchase your own meal and dance to the band provided for your entertainment until late. Wear Black on Friday night for Black Friday the 13th.

H.O.G Vests will be permitted at the Beach Hotel for this event.

Saturday 14th September

8.30 to 10am Registration at the Byron Bay Brewery

8.30am Guided Rides and the H.O.G Hunt commences. The H.O.G Hunt ride is a part of the chapter challenge. Lunch on the road @ your own expense.

11am Hop on hop off Rally@Byron Shuttle Bus Commences (Rally entry pass is your bus pass)

2pm Brewery Tour (1 only) limited to the first 20 people to register at the Byron Bay Brewery, Rally registration area.

2 - 5pm  One of the Chapter Challenges is Barefoot Bowls @ the Byron Bay Bowling Club 16-20 Marvell Street, Byron Bay New South Wales 2481. This includes a variety of activities. Feel welcome to participate in the challenge while listening to some music provided by a  DJ, drinks are at club prices. Byron Bay Men’s bowling team have volunteered to score and ensure that the rules are being followed. Every person must show their entry pass and sign into the club.

5 - 6pm Rub and Tug …. Time to get ready for the evening fun :))

6pm Muster at the Byron Bay Brewery. Dinner & Partying on with LIVE music “Aussie Pride” in the auditorium and a DJ in the courtyard @ The Byron Bay Brewery until late. 

7pm Official proceedings

From 9 pm Lucky door prizes will be drawn. You must be on site to collect your prize

Last Drinks at 11.45pm. Venue closes at Midnight. buses will run until 12:30am to ensure you get to your accommodation safely.

Sunday 15th September

7.30am Thunder Run Muster at St Finbarr’s Catholic School Arakwal Ct Byron Bay

Coffee vans and food truck on site 

8.45am Thunder Run Rider Briefing

11.30am Conclusion of event at the end of the Thunder Run. Stay around for a chat or head home if you have a long way to go.

We’ll be heading to the Byron Bay Brewery for some well deserved drinks from 12 noon and some reflection on the Rally@Byron2019.
